I was highly recommended to use Luke to install my new boiler and radiators. He is a very polite, professional and reliable person to use. His quote was very reasonable and when job was finished he did not deviate from this and even looked into a few extra things for me without hesitation. He came with a team of 3 others who all worked diligently and professionally the whole way through. He continually kept me informed what he was doing! The work at the end was meticulous, even using brass on the copper pipes. Everything was left clean and tidy. Cannot recommend him enough and will use again!

New boiler and 3 new radiators installed

From the start we found the guys to be friendly and professional.  The quote given was kept to exactly.  All dirt was removed, leaving everything as it was afterwards.  The floorboards in two rooms were lifted up and replaced neatly, as well as the upper layer of engineered wood flooring and beading.  We have very thick, tough walls, and they managed to drill through these in an awkward space.  They have a card machine so payment was quick and easy too.  This was all done quickly and efficiently, I would not hesitate to use them again.

Remove old pipes, lift flooring, re-route new pipes under floor and through walls, via two rooms.

Very easy to book in.  Efficient service and easy to pay.  Would recommend to friends and family.

Boiler service

Top class service from HHP.  Luke arrived on time and carried out yearly service on our new boiler.  Communication with Luke prior to the visit was second to none.  Luke charged me less than initially quoted as the boiler was only a year old which was a very honest thing to do though I didn’t mind to pay the full price.  Luke (& his colleague James) were both polite and courteous and left my place spotless.  Luke completed the Benchmark document as per my request to keep the boiler warranty valid.  Overall very pleased with the guys - will definitely give them a shout when my next annual service is up

Annual Boiler Service

Fantastic service.  Came round within an hour of being called, diagnosed and fixed the problem with in 2 hours.  Very polite and great service.  Price was very reasonable.  Would definitely use again and recommend to family and friends.

Luke is brilliant! Fantastic comms and tidiness. Came when he said and did a brilliant job. Will recommend to everyone
