George did a wonderful job over 10 years of managing our property.  Anything, from leak detection to decorating was done very well.  I strongly recommend his work!

Property maintenance

I cannot praise the work and craftmanship highly enough.  The workmanship, courtesey and understanding of needs was of the highest standards.  Even my neighbours were impressed when they observed the care and workmanship being undertaken.  They have asked me for information on Hayes and Green Homes which I have willingly given. External works to house.

After seeing our neighbour’s new en-suite we decided to have ours upgraded.  By repositioning the toilet and shower our once pokey en-suite became so much bigger.  The advice given was taken on with no regret.  The work was completed to a very high standard.  Precision and pride are words that come to mind.  It’s my favourite room in the flat.

Refurb

This job was a general maintenance job - some bathroom work, some kitchen work, and some garden work - but I have George has worked on many projects for me over the years, including full bathroom reconstruction, and a lot of electrical work.  It is a huge bonus that George is a qualified electrician, among his many skills.  George is very detail orientated, which is rare to find in a tradesman who can cover multiple areas, and always produces very high quality work.  George is a great guy, very fair in his pricing and I would highly recommend him and Hayes and Green Homes Ltd.
