Needed my carpet fitting after a media wall installation, got in touch and on the same day came out to lay the carpet down. No hassle and quick to respond and get the work done.

These guys were wicked- came the same day, did a fantastic work- not scamming- not trying for additional work or add ones- I will be using them for multiple jobs around my home.

Installed laminate without adequate expansion gap(voids manufacturer warranty), right against the wall in many areas. Cut around door frames instead of fitting under, leaving big gaps. I raised issues & asked to rectify it but was told this is the correct way to install, and to fill the gaps with silicon(also voids warranty). Took more payment than the proportion of the job completed & insisted I pay before they leave. Retroactively tried to increase price when I asked for the overpayment to be refunded as I wasn't confident in their ability to complete the rest of the work. Witholding refund.
