Sash window cord repair.

Harold did excellent work refurbishing the sash windows.  And solved issues with the weightings and sash cords.  Much appreciated.

Excellent service from start to finish. Harold arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue with our sash window / cord, and carried out the repair efficiently and with great care. The work was done neatly with no mess left behind, and the window now opens and closes perfectly. Professional, friendly, and clearly very skilled. Highly recommended.

Quick, clean and expert window repair

Initially, we asked Henry to replace the window cords. He completed the job and suggested he’d changed all of them. However, we discovered one hadn’t been replaced.  The main problem remained that the windows still wouldn’t open fully. After a complaint, he promised to return and finish the job. However, when he arrived, he claimed it was our issue and a separate job. He insisted the windows needed to be fixed and only the cords were his responsibility. He then swapped out the last cord he hadn’t done during his previous visit but still didn’t resolve the issue of the windows not opening fully

Harold replaced two wooden window sills. He was really communicative and carried out his work to a very high standard.
