We are a small northeast based property maintenance company that work on behalf of various well known estate agents and national facility management companies. Our main work activities are fencing and decking but we do carry out other works as described below.We have 3 employees with a combined working knowledge/experience of over 40 years.The work we carry out: <ul><li>fencing &amp; decking</li><li>garden maintenance,</li><li>general property repairs</li><li>house clearances.</li><li>locksmith work.</li></ul> Our main aim is to provide a cost efficient and reliable service, we will always strive to keep the client happy and deliver a friendly and trustworthy experience.

Hi - spec Property Services ltd , carried out putting driveway gates at my property, all the guys were very friendly and helpful ,they told me how things was going and y , nothing was a bother, answered and questions I had , they cleaned up and took every bit of rubbish away with them  ,and said if I needed them to look at the gates if they were to drop they would be out to sort it  ,the finish gates r amazing I would strongly recommend these guys for any sort of job they do ,

Garden fence

We challenged Barry and his team with a composite panelled fence, and although we waited a bit longer than ideal, what we got was excellent and just the result we hoped for. Would I recommend….100%

Replace an damaged and fallen down fence

Absolutely cannot fault Barry and the lads. 

Showed up promptly, kept me well-informed of all the work that needed to be done, discussed options and helped bring my original vision to life. 

Quality of the work is perfect, fence is very sturdy and well put together and the decking is fitted perfectly and to spec. 

I'd highly recommend them and would gladly get them back in should I need any similar work done in the future. 

Putting up a garden fence and gate, panelling the walls and decking a portion of the yard.

The team are fast, efficient, hard workers. They took down the old fences, took away all the rubbish etc. from doing so, put up extremely good quality new fences, and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. Extremely polite and courteous hard workers. couldn't be happier.
