Over three years ago I had facias, soffets and all guttering replaced by Holdcroft Home Improvements. A small piece of guttering had been blown off. I phoned them today at 3pm.  I was told on the phone they would pop around and fix it.
 It's now 4.15 pm and the guttering is now firmly back in place !

Went above and beyond. Someone who can be trusted to not just get the job done but be really fair and actually treated me with care.  We had a slight issue as can easily happen with anyone, but his response and action was outstanding and I couldn’t have asked for more.

Quick and very reasonably priced. James was friendly, polite and gave me some insight on why tiles might be slipping from my roof during high winds. Fixed tile and removed a dangerous loose decorative bricks.
