We initially contacted them for a quote following a Homebuyers Report and, despite some issues with the viewing of the property (due to the previous owners, not themselves), they gave me a very reasonable quote.

Without being pushy, they kept in contact for updates regarding the move to book in the work but were conscientious and patient given we were going through a rough time with our daughter being in intensive care.
