Paul provided us with an initial quotation and helpful advice on how to address our damp issue, all with no obligation to use hus services. The quote was detailed which gave us the confidence to engage Paul. Throughout the entire process Paul was the consummate professional. The work was completed to a high standard and he ensured mess was kept to a minimum.  We wouldn't hesitate to engage Homeguard again if needed and highly recommend his services to others.

Damp repair, plaster, isotherm installation

I needed to check if there was damp in my apartment, thankfully there was not but I would like to highly recommend Paul…he turned up on time (rare these days),  was super friendly and a true professional.  10/10!

From the moment we contacted Homeguard they were nothing but professional, courteous, trustworthy and personable.

They charged £50 for the evaluation that led to a quote and I have to say it was the best £50 we have spent. The £50 is offset the main bill if you have work carried out by them.

Once we booked the date the communication from Paul & Jo was first class setting everything out very clearly.

Once the job was started Paul was prompt, shared information openly and as impressive as that is, the work has been completed to the highest of standards. We would recommend to everyone.

Paul was professional from start to finish and incredibly easy to work with. The site was left perfectly cleaned at the end of the job and you wouldn't even know he'd been there. 

I'd highly recommend Paul to anyone looking for someone to survey and complete works on their damp problems. 

Damp proofing in our kitchen 

I can't recommend Paul and Homeguard highly enough. Going above and beyond what was expected, I was incredibly impressed with quality and speed of their work. 

From the detailed, timely and thorough inspection and report through to the meticulous DPC work itself, the entire service was on point. 

Aside from anything, Paul is as personable as he is professional which is why, when I found more damp in another room of my property, I called him immediately.
