Contacted in the evening, arrived the next morning by 10am — dishwasher not worth fixing for age and cost of parts but gave lots of very helpful advice and was totally professional and friendly. Great service.

Call out for faulty dishwasher

Jefferson arrived on time, quickly identified the problem and communicated very clearly the technical issues.
Unfortunately it wasn't fixable, but he gave good advice on what to look out for when buying a replacement.
