Here I've fitted two of these one front door and one back door. Inside one of these operates the existing door bell and both operate Ring chimes plus the customer has smartphones and Echo dot connections. In addition to these being a door bell they also operate as a security camera instalation. Fitted in city of Chester, Cheshire

This is a lovely new replacement fitted this weekend at the front of terraced house on a street in Liverpool. Customer is very very happy with it.

Pumpkin style light fitting and low energy light bulb. 

Excellent result on a recent job fitting a lot of new lighting in Buckley, Flintshire. The fittings are all very stylish and reeally good quality supplied by the customer. The wall lights are Art Deco then the ceiling fan lights are remote control and silent apart from the air movement. I've added timber noggins through the floor above to provide adequate support for the  bracket fixings as the lighting point was on plasterboard only.  The foam ceiling rose will be fully removed in time when the room is decorated but for now just cut away.

Energy efficient Lighting - Downlighting / floodlights

Replacement distribution board fitted for a valued and very happy customer in the garden quarter of Chester. This original was the very old dark brown fuse board that has rewirable fuse links and is actually a fire hazard. Part of the old enclosure is a wooden and the back section is open onto the wooden wall mount panel. This newly installed fireproof distribution board provides a surge protection device to protect the fixed wiring installation, lighting and appliances. Additionally each circuit is fully independent as fitted with RCBOs to provide the protection level and minimise inconvenience as required in the latest 18th edition Wiring Regulations.

New distribution board installed above the original position as it's impossible to fit inside the cabinet mm asking it much more accessible for installation and maintenance.

New board installed under stairs for new circuits installed in kitchen plus there is plenty of space to add the other existing circuits from the old main fuse board in time. I've sited this distribution board in a convenient position to allow access for use and maintenance with an little storage in the area too.Fully refutbished kitchen in Shotton, Deeside.  .

Rewires - Fuse boards / Consumer units

Installed new dedicated distribution board to isolate the garden circuits from the house. New circuit for outdoor sockets in the garden installed. Existing circuits to lighting and pond improved with glands fitted to earth the SWA cables..

Shower replaced with new unit plus pull switch. Cables in loft repositioned to avoid surrounding in insulation plus section from switch to shower replaced as too short and burnt in fault at old switch. 

New electric shower fitted in Buckley

Good quality replacement bath flitted as existing was leaking round the edges. Electric shower removed and holed tiles removed and replaced with customer's retained spares. New thermostatic bar mixer waterfall shower plumbed in and fitted. Job done in Connah's Quay, Deeside, Flintshire.

Complete new suite, wall and floor coverings. Original new build installation of shower tray was badly fitted along with unsightly boxing in over pipework. Original shower tray moved and leaked damaging walls and floor. Challenge of waste pipework under shower tray is overcome here by installing a wooden base to support the new tray. Customer in Pentre Halkyn, Holywell.

Useful for makup and shaving the LED halo light switches when the magnifying mirror is moved on it's support arm.

Auto on/off light up mirror 

Light fitting is made of a paintable resin that is fixed into the ceiling and plastered around. Fantastic result achieved. Installation in Chester. 

Minimalist concealed downlights. 

Shower is controlled with a remote control and with the in booth panel but the actual pump and high tec blending unit is fitted above in the loft along with an inline extractor fan that moves a large volume of moist air while almost silent operation heard in the room. Wave hand by the sensor on the mirror to switch on. Pull the makeup /shave mirror to switch on the lit halo.

Smart and wireless heating controls. 

Underfloor heating repair carried out today of Polypipe system installed in City centre house Chester. Additional time spent fault finding and repair of the domestic hot water heating controls. Plus a repair to leaking bathroom towel radiator where I've also included heating system descaler and inhibitor due to presence of sludge. A follow up return visit will be booked to install a heating system magnetic filter to protect the boiler and entire system.

Underfloor heating controls repair. 

Full room refurbishment done the underfloor heating was installed for comfort but also maintains a comfortable air temperature in the room.

Called Dave to do a few jobs around the house, he came out the same day , and carried out work to internal electrical fault also fitted outside lighting and replaced a radiator the next day, very happy with Daves work neat and tidy excellent workmanship and would highly recommend.

Very reliable.  I would highly recommend this company as I got in touch regarding my eletric cooker and the man come out within the hour to install it all for me.  Very happy with the service and work carried out.

Dave came to diagnose a problem with our water heater on a Sunday, no problem for him at all.  Found the fault which was down to manufacturer and now we have a replacement to go in.  Really happy with the service provided and have just messaged about some extra work we have.  Will definitely use again and recommend to our neighbours if they have any problems.
