quoted the job including the material we agreed on price £1300.After starting the work he excluded some important works, he said has not noticed that earlier, but I disagreed with the comment, as it was part his quote. He also asked me to buy some very expensive material whereas we agreed on the material to be included in the quote. After finished the job, he gave a separate invoice for material when I disagreed with that invoice, he refuses to give my electrical certificate, still he holds the certifica. I paid him full requested £1300. within a month, fuse tripped, it was his wiring issue
