I found Rick on Checkatrade and was impressed by his quick response and competitive quote. Although parts issues delayed the initial start, Rick was professional, waived the first visit charge, and provided a fair revised quote

Despite logistical hurdles beyond his control, he kept me updated constantly and arrived exactly when promised to finish the job. The workmanship is excellent, but his communication and value for money truly stand out
