When you call my telephone number you will be contacting me directly, no call centres or call forwarding services, these services if used will ultimately make the cost you pay more expensive, as these organisations need to be able to cover these additional services. I have worked in the emergency services for over thirty years providing professional response services to the public. I understand domestic and commercial security and will happily advise on potential solutions or security upgrades. I am DBS/ CRB checked and fully insured. On arrival we will establish a plan to resolve the issue or work required, we will outline the costs involved so there are no surprises. Options will be discussed prior to commencing work. A written invoice will be produced with a breakdown of any charges made. So, all in all no surprises. Replaced the handle with a new pair from chameleon

Door handle was excessively worn

Replaced the strike plate, adjusted the door.

Replaced the friction hinges with a new pair , adjusted the window and Lock.

Locks changed

Jammed Yale Lock

Glenn responded on a bank holiday weekend and came on bank holiday Monday for an emergency call-out. He was timely, courteous and good value. Thank you.

Freeing a Yale lock

I was unable to open my front door from the inside due to the thumb turn not engaging the lock mechanism, so I called Glenn who happily came round later that day and fixed the problem by replacing the lock barrel.  Excellent service and reasonable price too.  Very nice gentleman to deal with, would highly recommend.
