IA Building Service

IA Building Services have recently completed extensive work inside my home and to the exterior.  This involved repairing outside render, replacing gutters , decorating most rooms, fitting electrical appliances and redesigning my downstairs toilet.

As well as the work being completed to a very high standard I was extremely satisfied with communication with the team, the preparation and clean up at the end of each day and advice about a few other improvements.  The work was completed on time and I felt safe with the team in my home.

He's quotes I felt was honest and fair, and one thing he did that I find other builders I've have used over my 50 years is the quote is what i paid, he did not add anything else at the end even if he did a little extra.
