Ian was very thoughtful and took the time to visit our property to understand the extent of work needed.
He then fixed our problem of connecting our new tap to the water filter including rectifying issues left by the previous plumbers.

Ian was really flexible at finding a time he could visit and even let me know when he was on his way. 
He solved my problem really quickly in spite of it being a tough call to remove the old tap and in an awkward place with little space to get a good grip. Very professional.
