Arrived at my house at appointed time in smart liveried vehicle. Boss introduced himself and his two colleagues. Assessed work to be carried out then then got on with the job.  They all have to be commended for working on the hottest day on record.  I was surprised how quickly they managed to remove old gutters, pipes and fascias and then how quickly they completed the new installation despite difficulty accessing work areas due to proximity of neighbouring house one side and an electrical substation on the other. Finished 4 sides in 2 days cleaning away all debris. Impressed and so pleased.

MY IDEAL HOME IMPROVEMENT.

We used Ideal Home Improvements to replace all flat roofs and to cover with rubber material, and fit a skylight. They were able to a solution to a problem that others had been unwilling to address. The work was carried out efficiently. Communication was very good and we were kept informed of progress. Work was completed on time and to a high standard. We would happily recommend this company.

Garage roof rplacement

We had our soffits, facias and guttering installed this week and I’m really pleased with the results. From getting the quote the process was easy and everyone we had contact with was courteous and helpful. The team installed it all quickly and left the house really neat and tidy. We needed them to pop back to look at one aspect and they came back the next day to check it for me. The guys even replaced a cracked tile while they were here when they found it and saw we had a spare in the garden. We were very impressed with the team, the customer service and the quality of the work!

Great company

We had all the soffits, fascias and gutters replaced on our house. Russell came out to give us a quote very quickly, and gave us a date for the work to be done. The work started as scheduled (actually a day early) and finished on time. The team were very professional and friendly, turned up on time every day in spite of lots of rain, carried out the work efficiently, and left everything tidy and clean. Highly recommended.
