Ignite All Trades

Shaun came to install a new boiler for me. Unfortunately, less than 2 months after the boiler was installed it started leaking and could not be used as water could not be topped up. I tried to contact Shaun but had no response even though I was still supposed to be in my warranty period. Had to spend extra money getting someone else to come fix it.

Would not use again

Shaun contacted me very soon after I posted, well outside normal hours. Great communication about what I needed and completed the job, quickly to a very high standard. Even took the broken shower away.

Fast and great service

What can I say. Great communication. No question I had was a problem and believe me I had some really dumb questions. Gave practical advice before starting.  Turned up exactly when they said they would and even when the job turned up extra challenges solved them without any hassle. Completed to a high standard of finish and transformed the space completely. Workspace was left tidy after completion. I would have no problem using or recommending. Thanks Shaun and Lee for all your work

Great job

Highly recommend ignite all trades Shaun   reattached  shower and tiled . Good experience  he was, polite professional  gave good advice. I would have to hesitation  to use him again. Good  price

Good work  ethics

Replaced shower tray and wet wall but had to get another plumber in to check the work as a leak developed quite soon after and Shaun was unreachable ( travelling South America for 4 months). 
Work was conducted quickly but not to a very high standard and the next plumber advised me it would be safer to remove everything and start again.
Called and texted numerous times, initially was promised an invoice which I kept being told was on the way but never materialised. Work conducted in February, used the shower for a week and noticed a substantial leak, didn't get a response until August. Poor.

Poor communication and Aftercare.
