Went above and beyond

Contacted Ed regarding a fault with our immersion water heater not working.He promptly responded and suggested steps I can do to get it up and running without a call out.That afternoon within 10 minutes I managed to get it working again! A huge huge thank you to Ed for talking me through what to do and saving me a call out.I would  very much recommend him again.
