If you are using this company there is probably a reason why, and they totally understood that. They answered my call at 5am in the morning and were with me within 2 hours, driving from London to support. The gentleman that answered my call kept in constant contact with me with updates and the gentleman that fitted the up the board was just as genuine. Excellent Glazer and fitter

Have used this company a few times but my advice would be to shop around as they've become very expensive.  £400 to repair a door lock is just too much imo.  Communication is poor and it took ages to get done

Very polite, helpful, and responded to me very quickly to diagnose the problem, send me the quote, and organised to visit and fix the property within 72 hours. The two people who came to complete the work did a great job. Dissembling the glass and balustrade on the balcony, and re assembling it, adding a screw to keep it together, and rectifying the problem. Super happy with the work. I didn’t shop around, but thought price was reasonable, and I trusted that they knew what they were doing, which is why I went along with them.
