This was only our 3rd new carpet since moving into our house as a new build 22 years ago but the entire experience & service provided by Paul was on another level compared to the 2 previous installs.

Everything from the initial consultation to the carpet choice and fitting was a truly excellent and stress free experience and we are really, really pleased with our new carpet!

Paul was brilliant and cheerfully completed a tricky job to fit roll vinyl in my bathroom and shower room and also patch a badly damaged area of carpet. The finish and attention to detail (around the pipes and edges) was super neat and looks great. I would highly recommend Paul's work. Paul was very polite, tidy and flexible.
