Awesome duo

Ian fixed my broken toilet. He did a good job, and took the time to explain what the problem was and how the repair would address this. He even fixed an issue with the toilet seat which wasn't relevant to the job I was paying him for, for no extra charge!

Good communication, did everything he said he would and was punctual.
