Customer had lost the key to this mortice lock, I was able to pick it open to measure the lock and pick the door shut again. Ordered the correct part and returned to fit. 

Handles were wrong so new ones installed, note how the euro cylinder is flush with the handles helping to prevent burglar's snapping the euro cylinder.

Replacement British Standard rim cylinder for a night latch on a property for the new home owner. 

Original lock on an aluminum door had failed, turns out these locks with the radial faceplate are no longer made. Only option was to get a square version and reshape it, turned out great and fits 👌

Three new mortice locks fitted at the same property, all off the same key, keeping it simple!

Joe was quick to reply to my enquiry and came around that evening to see the door so that he knew what to bring. He installed the lock the very next day. It was an awkward door, being an extremely old house, but he did a superb job. Works perfectly and the lock is very sympathetic to the house. Joe is not only very personable, cheerful and easy to have in the house, but also extremely professional. Very impressed with how he kept in touch via WhatsApp so that when he was slightly delayed due to traffic I was kept aware. Would definitely ask him for any future work required. 

We wanted a lock put on our bedroom door.
