The job was completed by early January 2024. However, my troubles began on April 24, 2024, when I found a tile had slipped off my roof. Thankfully, it didn’t hit anyone. I contacted Sam for maintenance due to their 10-year warranty. On May 1, 2025, another tile showed signs of slipping.

As of July 3, 2025, I have been waiting 435 days. After 10+ no shows, Sam told me to find another contractor. I often couldn’t reach him, and when I did, he never followed through. He mentioned health issues but prioritized another project over mine. It seems I encountered them at their worst.

Excellent work, very pleasant staff, good communication from Sam.  Would recommend.  The price was good too.

New Roof

Proactive about getting the job done and helpful to do it within our time frame.  Stuck to estimate given even when did some extra bits and took longer than originally thought due to weather.

Repaired chimney and cleaned moss off for roof

Sam, Joe and the Team of lads did a huge re roof at mine and my adjoining neighbours house.  The job is fantastic and even threw a loft window in for me at very short notice.  The whole job start to finish was extremely professional, customer leasing was top notch throughout, the team of scaffolders they used were equally as good.  Highly recommended I wouldn't use anyone else.
