I hired Jay to remove and install a new kitchen, from the initial quote through to completion, he was professional, transparent with costs and clearly passionate about delivering work to a high standard. I would definetly use Jay again and recommend Jay as a reliable and skilled tradesman.

The work was professionally done. Nalaka is very knowledgeable and knows what is he doing. Great job done. I am using the for last five years for all the works in my home and i never got disappointed. will highly recommend 

New Bathroom 

We have not had as good a service and satisfaction from any builders for many, 30/40 years. Two weeks time scale given is exactly as it took, always working everyday on time, very polite friendly, and not a hitch on their work. Jay is an accomplished  qualified electrician, plumber and perfectionalist builder. You just have to see his set of equipment and the kitchen top cutouts and joins and plumbing finishing !!!

Remove old kitchen tiles and units. Replace flooring, IKEA kitchen and splashback tiling.

We were really impressed with the service. The dishwasher was installed where we previously had cabinets. Thank you!
