Dream Kitchen

I contacted Rick about having a loft conversion done in my 1st home. Rick came out to the property and agreed that the job was doable. We paid our deposit to gain access to his diary and settled on April as our start date. the cost was more than reasonable for the work and the estimated time of completion was 2-3 weeks. The work did take between 2-3 weeks if you count the days worked, as the calendar tells it we're closer to one month. Regardless of the miscommunication on timelines the quality of the work outshines it all. Bachelor Building & Extensions met and exceeded expectations

We are thrilled with our project! We did a remodel of the downstairs of our house with new bifolds, windows, some structural work, bespoke bookshelves and kitchen fitting and Jerome did it all, and included it all in our initial quote. Despite the initial very messy work, Jerome was incredibly positive and smiling throughout and a lovely person to have in our home (navigating small children and a puppy very well during the school holidays!). He was transparent with pricing for materials and any extra parts that we decided we wanted. Overall, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend CaSo Building.

Jerome was excellent in his work. He is polite, considerate and hard working. He solves problems, communicates well and has a high level of skill and knowledge. He turns up when he says he will and you could see the progress he was making every day. He made a quite intensive job from our perspective quite a painless experience. Great service from beginning to end, Aaron was professional and explained everything clearly so we knew what to expect. He was very knowledgable and gave us great ideas and advice. The work was completed in the timescales set out, we were very happy and have recommended him to everyone we know!

We had a structural wall knocked through and a stud wall built to create a larger kitchen space. Aaron and his team are amazingly efficient & completed the job within a week, following the drawings provided by our structural surveyor including a structural steel beam. Communication is v-good & job went as planned. Quality of the work was excellent with any issues re radiator pipes and electricity solved as Aaron can recommend other trades if required. Plastering was done to a high standard with super-smooth finish & everything was cleared away & tidied up at the end of the job

Steve and his team are very professional courteous and reliable. Good timekeeping quality of work was to a high standard. The only delay was in the manufacturing of the vaulted window but Steve kept me well informed of the progress. I would definitely recommend Blackburn & Brown.

These guys are ultimate professionals always mindful to close doors and shit the gate after them , very respectful in the home , tidy away the mess and come up with ideas and provide different ideas and prices always giving both ends of the scale allowing you to make a good choice , great finish have had back since for patio , really reliable service 10/10
