Creaking floorboards in an upstairs bedroom

Julian was one of the few tradespeople to respond to my request for a job. He was prompt in responding to requests for a quote and the work was scheduled quickly. He was very punctual and the work was completed by him and Brad in good time. Overall costs was reasonable and good value for money.

Removed rotten shed door and frame and replaced with new wood door and frame

Julian painted the outside of my house in a heatwave without complaint. He has done a fantastic job. He is punctual, friendly and trustworthy. I highly recommend him.

This was a second visit for Julian, who'd I've found to be professional, fast, and very tidy. The work was to install new doors and skirting boards, and he and his son quickly divided tasks to get a lot of work completed within the day. After two separate visits and two separate scopes of work, I'd recommend Julian Chapman without reservation. He's a conscientious professional who I am lucky to have found.
