Jay was very knowledgeable and helpful. Was polite, friendly and respectful. Explained the issue with the ball valves which needed replacing. And was helping in installing a water valve switch for future prevention. Great service- my go to plumber.

Quick response, with detailed of the issue and how to resolve it before he even come out. Arrived promptly and carried out the work in a clean and quality manner.

i drilled a hole into a plastic pipe in the wall. Within 24 hours the issue was fixed and tested

Jamie came on the same day and fixed a leaking stopcock quickly and cleanly. A really friendly chap who doesn’t waste time and is conscious about leaving the job clean and tidy. Cheers Jamie.
