Single Storey Extension

This is the front view of the side extension we built on this property.  After demolishing the garage we created a beautiful new internal space with a flat roof window and space at the front of the property for a new garage as per the architects drawings.  We also built the new porch on this property.

We installed this cat flap for this very happy customer- Oscar even posed for a photo while waiting for his new friend to come home!

After the brick and blockwork were complete we made a start on the inside of this new extension.  The newly constructed internal walls were insulated and the floor complete ready for finished flooring.

The first stage of this job was to demolish the existing conservatory and remove the waste ready to prepare the site for the new extension.

Renovation to this retirement flat in Bognor Regis.  We completed painting and glossing throughout, along with new carpets and a new kitchen.

Foundations have been dug to 1m all ready for concreting.  We work very closely with building control to ensure that all of our builds comply with regulations.  Next step here is to pour the concrete footings.

We are up to DPC at this point, and we are ready to complete the oversite.  We like to keep nice and tidy!  Please look through the rest of our photos to see the finished product!

The brickwork is coming along nicely with this side extension.  We demolished the existing garage and built and new side extension and created a new garage space at the front of the property.

The foundations have been dug and the concrete poured ready to get this up to DPC!

We built an extension on the side of this property after demolishing the existing garage.  We installed a flat roof lantern to allow natural light and bifold doors were fitted at the back of the new extension.  We created a new space at the front of the property for garage space as per architects drawings.  We work closely with building control and architects to make sure that we built exactly what is specified.

This single storey extension was built with a flat roof lantern- ideal for letting in some extra natural light!

Nearly there!  Plastering, windows & doors fitted.  Now for the finishing touches!

This barn had no walls and the owner wanted to install walls and clad the exterior in order to house agricultural vehicles. We built a dwarf wall and installed timber studwork ready for cladding.

We built these doors from scratch and installed them on metal runners so that they could slide open easily

We built this tractor storage from scratch. First we laid the foundations, then finished with the structure which we designed from timber and painted.

This started off as a concrete slab.  We built the brickwork around it, and laid the decking over the top creating a much nicer finish!

This customer wanted to convert their outbuilding to an office.  We blocked up the doorway and installed a new window.  We then finished the interior, complete with plastering and decoration.

This porch was suffering with a leaky roof! We took off the existing tiles and fixed the problem with some new felt, batons and then replaced the existing tiles.  No more leaks :)
