I called John because I had a leak from my booster water pump. It was the bank holiday week-end but he came out within a couple of hours to fix the problem.
Excellent service as previously when Brandon fixed a leak in my boiler  after I had been left in the lurch  by another plumber.

We have used Biggs HT since moving into  a new property in 2022. There were multiple issues with our heating system, and Dowen methodically worked through them, taking time to educate us on what type of system we had and how to maintain it.
