He was friendly, helpful, polite and everything you'd want from a reliable tradesman. He offered advise on a cellar issue at the same time. John responded to a query & from start to finish his communication was great.  He came to look at what might be needed within a few days & it was clear he knew his stuff. He identified the cause of the condensation problem that the extractor fans in the bathrooms were inadequate & recommended a course of action.  The written quotation arrived quickly & the work was completed as planned. 

On site, John worked quickly & without hassle to get the job done, clearing away all rubbish & even cleaning any debris. 

It's only been 3 days but already we are seeing a dramatic improvement. Recommended.

JPT came out to look at an issue we had with damp on a wall.  They reviewed the issue and said it was rising damp where the outside paving had breached the damp proof course.  A quote was provided the same day and was duly accepted and a date agreed to do the work.  They texted me the day before to say what time they would arrive.  All work completed same day and tidied up after themselves.  I paid the bill promptly as I felt the service provided deserved this.  I Have no hesitation in recommending this company.
