Outstanding knowledge of his trade

James removed interior dust, re-established contact with the heatsink and advised on software causes for fan overruns.  Very quick response to my call. All work very professional.

JS called me back and offered some advice for an issue I was having that was very helpful.  Just getting that advice form an expert was very valuable and helped with a decision, will be using them if needed in the future.

I found James to be very knowledgeable and he gave me lots of advice.  He was friendly and courteous.  Will certainly recommend this company.

IT work

Laptop running very slow, James carried out free diagnostic tests, and said he would see what needed doing and update me.  He changed my hard drive as I did not want to pay extra for a brand new laptop.  He updated me on progress all the way and delivered my laptop to me as was feeling unwell.  Really courteous, reasonably priced and job completed quickly and efficiently.  Highly recommend and would use again if I had any issues.
