Jamie and his dad were professional and extremely helpful when putting in our dormer windows.  Due to the shape of the windows it was, at times, testing and time consuming but Jamie did an amazing job and we are very pleased with the final result.  Would have no hesitation in recommending him and would definitely use him again.

I’m really pleased with the work carried out on my study. Jamie and his dad did an excellent job from start to finish — the workmanship is of a high standard, with great attention to detail and a very professional finish. They were polite, friendly, and always respectful of the space. Communication was clear throughout, and they were responsive to any queries or small changes. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and easy to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them  and will definitely be using them again for future work.

Study Revamp

I recently had the pleasure of having Jamie carry out some work on our home, and I couldn't be more impressed with the results. Jamie replaced the fascia and soffits and re-clad the dormer windows/garage and he did an exceptional job. From start to finish, he was professional, reliable, and friendly. He made sure to keep the work area clean and tidy throughout the process, which I really appreciated. No task was too much trouble for him, and he went above and beyond to ensure everything was done to a high standard. I highly recommend Jamie for any work and would definitely use him again!


Replacement soffits, fascia’s and cladding 

Many thanks to Jamie and Jim of J Shirley and Sons Lofts. Recently they have completed works on our property - creating an opening through a loadbearing wall (including propping, lintel, boxings and making good walls). Scored 10 in all areas - the works were carried out in a exceptional, professional and friendly manner, with good communication, quality workmanship, multi trade experience, fully dust protected, all surplus material removed and left in a clean and tidy state upon completion. Happy to recommend upon request.

To create an internal opening 3m wide in loadbearing masonry wall to create an open plan space.

Although slow to start because of the weather affecting their other jobs we were kept informed throughout and eventually agreed a mutually convenient date for installation.
Communication was brilliant.

The installation was completed in a very good manner; protective covering to floors, and dust and debris cleared away promptly.

Both Jamie and his Father were very pleasant and polite.

All work was completed expertly from design through problem solving through to completion over a seven month period in a friendly and professional manner. This is the 2nd time we have used this company and would thoroughly recommend them. We will have further work for them in the future.
