Roofing

3 story building, approx 10m high, went there on sunday morning as overflowing water was affecting shops below. Clacton

I have had Jim at JTS Property Maintenance a number of times in the past to help with building projects around my home and I know I can ask him for an honest and considered opinion: he looks for a good solution to any issue.  In my recent dealings with him, in basically rebuilding a lean-to attached to my garage, he has remained professional, very pleasant, reliable and trustworthy.  I am very pleased with the result.

We have spent years trying to find a reliable builder and now thanks to Checkatrade we have found Jim - JTS Property Maintenance.  Jim has done roofing - our house and a shed, he has decorated both interior and exterior, re-laid our block paving and added drainage, repaired a ceiling that had fallen down , installed an en suite shower room and done a lot of other little things. We have been so pleased with his workmanship and reasonable costs. He is also a very nice person. We feel so pleased to know that if anything else needs to be done we have someone trustworthy and reliable to call upon.

Very open and honest.  The tradesman went above and beyond.  Offered expert advice and was very transparent regarding work that required immediate attention and work that wasn't necessary to do immediately.

Moss removal

Always have Jim do our work, he is very respectful, tidy and just gets on with the job in hand. Also very reasonably priced.
