Got a good estimate back for the removal of an old alarm system.  When I first contacted them rather than say "Sure it's £80" they actually took the time to work out what it was I wanted to be removed and how they could help me.  The person they sent over was very polite and helpful and was able to remove the system in a short amount of time.  He also tidied up and filled in lots of holes which saved me some time when it came to redecorating.  Great service all around.

Alarm removal

Plastering - as the plaster was dried quickly, cracks appeared after 4 weeks on all the walls.  After the failed first attempt, met the Director who told us to ‘manage our expectations’!  Attempt was made again, cracks still visible.  Painting- poor finish.  Due care was not taken to protect other surfaces.  Electrical work- took few attempts to finish.  Still awaiting the CERTIFICATES .  Radiators- even after a few attempts, the issue is unresolved.

I had a number of lights replaced and installed across my house in Epsom, the engineer that carried out the work was really friendly (didn't catch his name) - will definitely be using for future use

Annual alarm service

Initial site survey was professional with a reasonable quote provided.  Once on site, there were significant, unexpected price escalations, so the final price came in nearly double the original (even though JVB had surveyed before quoting).  JVB seemed unwilling to engage on explaining this - their response was "well, you accepted the quote".  This was correct, but I felt I had no choice as my driveway was already half dug up!  The building supervisor declined to meet me on site to discuss my dissatisfaction.  The work was completed to a good standard, but the experience was disappointing.

Just moved into my new house and needed all new light fittings and socket changes.  JVB was mentioned to me and I can proudly say they are amazing at what they do, on time and worked to a high standard, Im glad I got in touch.
