My name is Kevin Jackman and I started this company in 2004, but I myself started my apprenticeship in Sept 1979 so I have vast knowledge and experience of this business. We offer a completely tailored service to our clients, from design to installation.With us you don&#39;t have to worry about organising other trades as we have all the trades required to complete the job including , plumbers, tilers, stone masons. So you don&#39;t have to arrange any other trades yourself and you get just one estimate to include everything.We also deal with all the leading kitchen companies like Howdens, Wren, Benchmarx and various other smaller companies.We also offer a bespoke service for clients who would like a unique kitchen made to measure in any material and finish including spraying in any finish like paint or lacquer.We have also done work in other countries for ex-pat clients in Ireland, Switzerland and Greece, so we can&#39;t be that bad....Although based in Dagenham we are happy and willing to travel anywhere in Essex and nearby east London.

Wouldn't recommend.  The work on the kitchen is fine but took ages to complete because he kept going off on other jobs.   The final part of the job was never finished despite a promise.  When I challenged him on this 2 months after multiple ignored text messages and calls, I got an earful down the phone for being demanding and told he wouldn't be completing the job.   This means that the kitchen work is now vulnerable as the damp issue (the broken lean to) has not been fixed and we need to find a new builder.  All this with him knowing we were about the have a bay, when the baby would arrive.

Kitchen refurb and lean-to repair/rebuild

I invited him round in February for a quote for a new kitchen and bathroom.  He didn’t send me a quote and I chased this and he ignored my messages.  I called him from a different number and he was very rude on the phone.  Wasted my time and was rude.

Our kitchen had to be removed so that flooding that occured under the floor could be dried.  Kevin did a great job of rebuilding the floor that had been removed, including installing a very discreet and well designed access point for a man hole that is under the floor.  He also installed new flooring and refit all of the units that had been removed.  Kevin was a pleasure to work with, he was always on time and he worked very hard to complete our kitchen ready for Christmas, which we massively appreciate.  His work was great and he was very helpful in resolving issues as they came up.

Kevin built a new floor and reinstalled our kitchen following extensive flood damage.

Kevin was friendly and courteous.  The work was carried out in a timely manner and to a very high standard.

Fitting a Wren kitchen

Kevin came on time and finished off the work as promised.  There were a couple of challenges with the installation, but Kevin proposed solutions/workarounds for those.  It is very clear that he is a skilled, thoughtful and experienced person and I would call him again.  Most importantly his rates were very reasonable.
