The foundation to the house was exposed ready to to tied in with the new foundation.

KCS are experts in locating, identifying and uncovering of all underground Utilities.

Careful excurvation was required around this private sewage pipe running diagonaly through the customers back garden.

After internal plumbing & heating works was completed we done a return visit to remove T and cap off old supply, leaving one new supply pipe with new point of entry into garage.

We replaced the old stop tap for a new one and a T was installed to let the old supply to remain temporarily until internal plumbing & heating works was completed.

new stop tap installed, customer had good working flow and pressure at the stop tap. On completion of installation I check with the customer and full working flow and pressure has been restored to the property.

After careful digging round other utilities, we uncovered a 28mm copper rail running down the back alley, supplying 5 stop taps, each with there own 15mm copper supply.

On arrive the customer had no water the to the 2nd floor flat above shops. After some investigation we noticed that the customers stop tap was broken and advised that we start there to try and restore water to the property.

Kieren was absolutely brilliant.  Very polite, he visited my property twice, to try a figure out a complicated drainage solution, and ground works.  He went through lots of options but we eventually worked out a solution.  On the job, the guys were excellent took about 2.5 days, real gents, polite, tidy, and a great job. Connection to external drains and internal waste pipes.

Kieran replaced our water mains pipe in our back garden from iron to mdpe plastic due to building an extension over current mains.  He did a fantastic job, he was punctual, Efficient and very polite.  He went above and beyond to make this job as simple and stress free as possible.   I would recommend Kieran in a heartbeat.  Fantastic bloke.

Kieran and Brian were an absolute pleasure.  They replaced the old lead main supply pipe from the street to our cellar within a day.  We are very pleased with the quality of their work and tidiness.  Kieran was also super helpful with a couple of smaller items within the house.

Thankfully we received a recommendation through another company for Kieran and his team's services.  We had our old lead water pipe replaced and could not tell the difference when it came to the front lawn after the work was completed, the high standard of the installation of the new stopcock was admired by our plumber too.  The professionalism and high calibre of work will be appreciated and utilised for years to come.
