Calvin tested all the elements and isolated the faulty one. Was very friendly and helpful and explained everything so we could understand

Electric oven tripping out all electrics when switched on

Very reliable and efficient service. Very reasonable rates. He went through everything on the phone to discuss the details. Duration was no longer than 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend.

Cooker repair

Within two weeks of the initial call out & part replacement, the machine was smoking again. We were told we had a 6 month warranty and that he would come back & fix if it broke within that time but despite multiple attempts at communication he has not returned & therefore we have wasted the money we paid for his time & the part replacement (which clearly wasn’t needed). Very disappointing service.

Tumble dryer repair

Great communication, carried out the repair as agreed without any fuss or mess. Really happy with job done and would use again.

Calvin came out within 5 hour of my call. 
He was polite and completed the job efficiently.
