Kev Construct completed the external insulation of our Victorian house. John and the whole crew were a pleasure to work with. They worked quickly , and I particularly liked the "can do" attitude and the ongoing communication between myself and John . Work was completed on time, and to a high quality. I will certainly use them again where needed, and also would highly recommend them for any building work.

We are so happy with the results of the external insulation and render carried out, and  have had several comments from passing neighbours and friends. 
I would highly recommend Kev Construct to anyone. The gang worked fast and coped with extra jobs added on without a problem, their work was to a very high standard and they were friendly and polite. They always tidied up afterwards and were knowledgeable when we asked for advice. 5 stars!

External insulation and rendering

We had our bathroom and kitchen fully stripped and refurbed, in addition we had Kev contruct redo our shed flooring and electrical. The work they have done is exceptional, we had Dan and Niko mainly do the work with the assistance of the eletricition. Dan and Niko and the electricition were amazing, they really put care and effort in their work and treated our house with respect. Marian was the main person we liaised with in terms of the work we required and sorted the finances with, everything was clear and no hidden fees and clearly set out what the payments are for. They went above +beyond

My new builders💪

We are an architecture practice and have worked with Kev Construction for a number of years now on several residential projects, extensions, conversions and refurbishment . Very reliable, trustworthy, good team,  excellent  finishes.

John was excellent. Very responsive and his builder came punctually on time. Very good work - neat and tidy too and very polite. Would definitely use John going forward for other work as he and his team are reliable
