A very professional company that did the work very well and make sure it was all clean and tidy. They also are willing to speak to you on the phone and give you advice and even come around and help you if you need any more information around the solar and battery system.

StJohn guided us through a solar array system (14 panels) on an awkward roof and we were grateful for his input. Not all properties are suitable but with a bit of ingenuity and creative engineering he achieved a very successful installation. I looked at a couple of companies and, although not the cheapest option, Kew Solar provided us with what was needed. It has been just over three years since the install and Kew Solar continue to provide support whenever we needed it. Having just upgraded to a fibre home network, Kew Solar sent the necessary dongle within days and all works perfectly.

High quality supplier/installer with excellent back up.

After a site visit, the number and location of solar PV panels suited the orientation and shape of our house and garage roofs.  The quote was detailed.  They arranged scaffolding, and the installers were quick, installing and setting up panels, inverter and batteries .  We got all the guarantees/warranties/registration documentation.  They responded to a few queries about how to get apps back online, and later gave good advice on how to increase our battery power.  They then moved the inverter and installed the new batteries, also helping with advice on how to sell on the old ones.

Good design/advice, quick installation, good follow up customer care

St John was the only person who came around to my house and gave an honest explanation of how solar works. The best I would be able to get out of the system and didn’t try to over sell me a system I didn’t require. 

I did go back the following year to add to the system and they were responsive again.

It was good that St John showed me the output of other people’s systems and his own too.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone but Kew Solar if you are thinking of getting them.
