Polite, fast and well priced! Lovely guy, came out super quickly and fixed my lock. Very respectful of my home, highly recommended

KMI replied within 30 mins of the post on a Wednesday evening at 10pm, they’d fixed it by 9am the following day and even offered to come out that night. They had the part, worked super fast and are competitively priced (dare I say we saved £100 on previous quotes!). I would 100% use again and recommend.

Came within few hours to access work and give quote, came next day to do work. Really pleased with work done and way they cleaned up afterwards, was told at every stage price everything would be, so no hidden surprises
