Wondeful builder, caring, kind and competitive pricing

Kosta and his team completely refurbished our house. Made downstairs open plan, new kitchen, bathroom, plastering, plastering tiling, electrics and plumbing.New flooring throughout. 
Kosta is so knowledgeable and has amazing ideas without increasing costs and is on site daily. His team are all outstanding at their work and very respectful and pleasant to have around. We couldn't be more pleased with our up to date 'new' home, our house has been transformed at a very competetive cost. 
Kosta is a gentleman and a really lovely honest man.

We recently had a wrap-around extension completed by Kosta and his building team, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. Kosta & Sons recently carried out a general renovation of my house which included fitting new doors and frames, bannisters and spindles, plastering, coving and knocking a separate bathroom and toilet into one room. Kosta & Sons took time to fully understand what I wanted to achieve, were respectful, competitive on price and the work was completed to a high standard. I would use again and recommend to others.
