I&#39;ve been in the building trade for 30 years now, 10 years for an old local building firm, in 1992 was made redundant so started working for myself, although it seems longer as during my previous job on my days off and weekends I was helping with my late father&#39;s property services. I like to think that I treat every job as if I&#39;m doing it on my own property. I enjoy what I do and it gives me great satisfaction when I&#39;ve finished my work and my customers are pleased with the results. I do offer all my customers a great service of which I am very proud of, and I do think that I&#39;m a very hard worker and that I do a great job.My work includes Patios, brickwork i.e.(walls, repointing, flintwork), fencing, decking, painting &amp; decorating and any other property maintenance. Kevin was recommended to us as his work is second to none, he came to give me a quote and noticed some bricks loose and one missing on our garden wall and said he could repair that too in the same quote.
All work was done with the utmost of care and attention and we now have a safe and secure patio that looks like it was just laid.
I would recommend Kevin to anyone.

Mr. Jenkins was very good at determining the layout of our patio and steps.  His quote was very good for the work required and we were delighted with the finished job.

Other family members and I have been using Kevin now for several years now for work to the outside of the property. Always happy with the end result. Most recent job was taking up the old turf, re-levelling the ground and putting new turf down. Happy with the the work carried out. Will happily use Kevin again in the future.

Kevin attended promptly to assess the project, and gave an estimate very quickly.

This was a small job really. To rebuild a.low boundary wall. He did the job exactly as we asked, and I would certainly think of him  him to carry out further work, if necessary, and would recommend him to others.

The work was done to a high standard and he cleared up efficently when he finished.
We've used Kevin before for brickwork, which was also done to a high standard.

Laying a concrete base for a summerhouse

Kevin responded efficiently to my request for a quotation. After I placed an order he quickly got back to me and arranged a date for the work to commence. He turned up on time on the day arranged and immediately set to work. Kevin was pleasant and hard working and the foundations he installed were exactly to drawing/specification. He left the site clean and tidy and removed all debris to official landfill. All-in-all, very professional. Would definitely recommend him to friends and family for similar work.
