Chris and his colleague came on the time they had booked with me, and were pleasant. They knew what they were doing and I didn't have to keep checking. Competed the work on time and reliable with competitive pricing.  Providing pictures and videos of work completed. Would highly recommend. 

Drain junction repair and patch work. 

Chris was so great, cannot fault him. Polite, efficient, knowledgeable and reasonabley priced. From initial enquiry to completion of work he kept me updated on progress and provided advice. Whilst he was working he was neat and tidy and left the area looking cleaner and the brickwork more level than when he started. He installed a new rain water gully, redirected the downpipe to it, straightened the underground pipe that had a dodgy unwatertight joint, repaired an existing gully and refitted pipework to ensure a proper and neat fit. Brilliant job, would recommend to anyone.

Chris was great to have 'on site'.  At all times he explained and discussed the work he was doing.  Most of us have to trust the experts we get to help us and sometimes we're never sure whether some hidden horrors will emerge in a year or two!!  But I rapidly gained a total trust in Chris.  I felt he was 'on my side'.....which is not always the case.  He demonstrated a great deal of skill and care, not only with the functional aspects of the work but also with the aesthetics, general appearance and tidiness of the finished work.
