A true professional 

Found a wasps nest in the garden. Mel (Ladybugz owner) came out the same day. After explaining my toddler spent a lot of time in the garden she then took the nest away with her to ensure he was safe. 

She was really knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely be calling again if I ever need help!

Thought I had a wasps nest turned out to be a honey bee nest was given excellent advice would definitely recommend this company

I called Ladybugz early Saturday morning.They were the only company out of six on Checkatrade that were willing to attend to me that morning.After a thorough  inspection and diagnosis she came up with a solution and plan.

I had a rat enter my semi detached after next door had there roof replaced.

I called Mel when I discovered a potential vermin situation. I happened to be on the way to her next job and she incredibly arrived within half an hour.
She efficiently reviewed the situation and gave great advice.
Friendly and efficient and helpful; I absolutely recommend her.

Pest advice

LadyBugz (Mel) is a local business and was able to fit me in at short notice. I had assumed Mel was coming to provide a quote, but just got on and did the job there and then. The price was great & I would be very happy to recommend Mel to anyone else requiring pest control. The price also includes a return visit if any follow-up is required to finish off the nest.
