After meeting several builders, we chose Latifi due to his professionalism, aura and excellent reputation. He and his team completed a full downstairs renovation, including a new kitchen, bathroom, plastering, and converting a room into a bedroom. The quality of work was outstanding and exceeded our expectations. Friendly, reliable, and trustworthy throughout. We felt completely comfortable having them in our home and would highly recommend them. We will definitely be using Latifi again for future projects. He is genuinely a lovely individual and truly cares about his clients and our homes.

Home refurbishment

We had our driveway repaired - a portion of the bricks from previous work needed to be put back. Mr Latifi and his colleague were efficient and made light work of it. He also did some general repair work needing concreting of floors and a wall repair. Again worked efficiently and completed the above work in a day and a half. 

Mr Latifi is polite, personable and has excellent communication and gave a reasonable quote for my works and kept to it. He did some additional joist work for a cloakroom ceiling for an additional fee but was amenable and efficient. Would recommend this company!

I’m so pleased with my refreshed Howden’s kitchen. Great communication throughout, and extremely helpful and patient with my questions. Work completed to a very high standard. I would 100% recommend.

Excellent service

I removed a PIV unit, a hole was left in the external wall, contacted Latifi  Builder’s agreed a price and the job was done! Really pleased nice friendly people and reliable. Would definitely recommend.

This was the first major project I have undertaken and I could not be happier with the Latifi team. I have recommended to friends and would do so again. 

The original project involved the installation of a new roof on the kitchen side return, new kitchen window and french door, new expanded window in the living room as well as new floors across the house. It ended up that we needed additional help in fixing the bathrooms and Fluturim was extremely helpful - it is really appreciated as it is hard to fix another tradesman's work.
