They were professional, helpful, friendly and kept us informed at every stage of the work. When doing the initial assessment they gave clear thoughts about what needed doing and why and what our options were. Even before accepting to go ahead, he tried to give us a temporary solution for the hot water.

Replumbed cistern, replaced hot water cylinder, cleared blocked pipe.

Extremely knowledgeable, professional, tidy and efficient. Gave us some options to think about and he was honest with the pros and cons and not pushy at all. Highly recommend.

New diverter valve

Laurence is fantastic! Trustworthy and reliable and has a true passion for his trade. He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced which allowed me to make an informed decision on the work that needed doing. Very highly recommended, and we will be using him again soon!

Replace water cylinder and fix pressure.

Laurence installed a new hot water tank for me and removed an old bath to replace with a walk in shower. He was very professional and prompt throughout, left everything neat and tidy and did a good job all round.
