I requested a same-day appointment, and they delivered. It was out of hours too, with no extra charge. Wow. 
Dorian, the electrician, was fantastic. Punctual & hard working, his communication was clear and he quickly got the job done. He identified an issue with the hob isolator switch, so he jumped into his van and was back with the parts in no time. I was also impressed with his knowledge on electrical safety and compliance. You guys have my respect.
