Intercom Works 

Fitted and commisioned a new BPT video entry panel to replace an outdated video system

BPT Entry panel installation 

System was upgraded from a voice to a video intercom system. This system allows Fobs to release the lock in order to get access to the flats lobby area. 

Videx Intercom Video Upgrade 

Image on the left shows the system before and the one on the right shows system after the complete installation. This system allows the customer to also add extra cameras in the future.

Client called with an issue with two of the flats intercom system not working. After some investigation the issue was rectified. You don’t always have to change an old system.

Rack mountable NVRs ( network video recorder ) at a data centre in the city. These works required Data cable testing and CCTV camera installation across the site.

I recently had a fault on my alarm, so I contacted Ron. From talking through the fault & booking an appointment, it was very easy. 
It was clear when he arrived he was very experienced & knowledgeable. He talked me through what he was doing to try and fix the fault in a way that was easy to understand.
Overall the whole experience was very good.

Fault on Texecom Alarm

We recently had a Texecom alarm system installed but couldn’t get the system working properly. Ronald was professional, punctual and knowledgeable. Resolved all issues quickly and helped setup system as requested. Would definitely recommend.

Our home came with a poorly installed Pyronix Alarm System, we hired Rob to fix the installation and he was the most professional and diligent contractor we have worked with. He quickly identified the issues, and mindfully came up with a solution that minimised waste, reused most of the existing installation and upgraded it (e.g. WiFi connection and cloud alarm setup) keeping the costs quite reasonable. I recommend him without hesitation.

Most other traders didn't bother so I appreciate his professionalism. He was available, responsive and proposed a good price. Also polite and friendly! I'd recommend his services.

Intercom repair

The most unprofessional and unreliable people I have ever met. They gave me an appointment to fit an alarm, they didn't turn up and gave me another appointment . They didn't turn up either to the second appointment and I end having to find another company to fit the alarm the last day before I had to go. Don't waste your time with this people just go with someone else.
