Excellent job.  Arrived as arranged, very polite and personable. Had a good idea what the problem was on the patio door lock, but dismantled and checked first. Gave me a reasonable estimate to include all parts and labour. He had the parts in the van and had it sorted in less than an hour. Gave a guarantee and contact details.  first class start to finish.

Quick fix at the right price, good guy

had been having problems with the front door lock, tried a quick fix, but was advised entire mechanism needed replacing.
 Gave me a price which was cheaper than other places,arrived on time and also took away broken mechanism.
 Would highly recommend.
