A property manager requested our help with the installation of a Digital lock. He wanted the lock fitted to the common door of a block of flats, so that only tenants would be able to gain entry through the use of a unique code. A technician was able to attend to the call out the very same day. The Digital lock was then fitted to the requested door. We then serviced the door to ensure all was in optimal working condition.

A developer requested our technician’s assistance with a lock change and upgrade for a new build. The contractors had lost the keys to a set of patio doors and the new tenants were expected shortly. High security, 3 star Ultion locks were then fitted to the patio doors, new keys included.

A staff member of a gym contacted us in regard to a lock change, after the main entrance door lock had failed! A technician left at once and was able to fit a brand-new magnetic lock to the requested door, in the single call out.

A new homeowner requested our assistance with a lock change and upgrade. He wanted to ensure his new home was secure and prevent any prior occupants from gaining entry. A high security, 3-star Ultion lock was fitted to the front door of the home and new keys issued. The customer was very happy with his choice of lock upgrade and felt the new lock significantly improved the security level of his new home.

Today we assisted a customer unable to unlock the front door of their home! The lock fitted had failed due to the poor alignment of the door. A brand-new British standards Night latch was then installed and the door re-aligned, to ensure all was in good working order.

On arrival, we found that the handle fitted to uPVC door had completely come off! Non-destructive techniques were used to free the door and new, polished brass handles fitted. The door was then re-aligned to ensure all was in optimal working order.

A customer who wished to improve the security level of a sliding door in their home, requested a technician come out to the premises and discuss lock options. Once on site, several recommendations were made and the customer chose to have a push bolt lock fitted. The additional lock was then fitted to the sliding door. The customer felt their home was now far more secure with the double locking points.

A staff member of a leisure center requested our help with a set of bi-folding doors they were unable to open. Once on site, we found that the keys had been lost for quite some time. Our technician was able to free the doors and proceeded to fit a new lock. At the customer’s request, spare keys for staff were then cut on site of the premises and supplied.

We received a call from an owner of a farmhouse. He could not secure the front door of his home! This posed a security risk and a technician was sent out immediately to assist. On arrival, we found that the lock had failed and required a replacement. A brand-new British Standards Night Latch (Yale Lock) was installed to the front door and new keys supplied to the customer. The customer was now able to lock the door and secure their property.

A new homeowner requested our assistance with windows in her bathroom she was unable to open! During the move she had lost the keys. Brand-new handles were fitted to each of the uPVC windows and the customer supplied with her own set of keys. The customer was impressed with the responsive and high standard of service she had received.

We discovered that the customer wanted a new lock fitted to the finance office door that would only give access to staff. A Digital lock was then fitted, which allows the customer to choose a unique code to gain entry and whom to share that information with.

We received a call out in regard to an additional layer of security to the front door of a customer’s home. She wanted to be able to see who was at the door, before opening it. A peephole best met the customer security needs and was then installed to the front door of her apartment. The customer was very pleased with the service she had received and felt that the new peephole met all of her safety and security requirements precisely!

A customer unable to secure a door in their home requested our assistance. A technician was on site of the premises shortly after the emergency call out was received. After a full evaluation of the door complete, we found that the locking system fitted would require a new center case. Our technician was able to make the necessary repairs to the door and lock in the single visit, as we carry an extensive range of spare parts on hand. The uPVC door was then re-positioned to ensure all was in good working order.

Our technician suggested a Digital lock, which requires an access code (unique to the customer) to gain entry. The Digital lock was then fitted to the archive room door. We found the door handle had broken and was preventing the lock from engaging. A brand-new uPVC door handle was then fitted and the door repositioned to ensure for smooth operation. The door was now in good working order and the customer able to secure the home.

We received a call from a customer in need of spare keys for a new lock recently fitted to the front door of their home. On arrival, our technician proceeded to cut additional keys on site of the property for the customer. The customer was impressed with the swift and high standard of service they had received.

Our technician assisted a customer unable to open a window in their home. The window had become lodged in a locked position. We found that the locking mechanism (espag) of the window would require a replacement. We had all parts needed on hand to repair the window, in the single call out.

We received a call from a staff member of a care home in need of our assistance. The customer required a new installation of a Panic Door Push Bar to a uPVC door. The upgraded Panic Push Bar was then fitted and adjustments made to the position of the door, to ensure for optimal operation.

A technician was on site of the property shortly after the call was received and discovered a tenant had misplaced the keys to their letterbox. We were able to gain access into the letterbox using non-destructive techniques and proceeded to remove the old lock. Our technician received a call out request in regards to the installation of a Smart Lock and Digital Pad. Our technicians are the preferred installers of this lock and were happy to help. On arrival, the Smart Lock was installed and then calibrated to the customer’s specific preferences. The Digital Pad was then fitted to the Smart Lock, which allows the customer to gain keyless entry into the home with the use of a unique code.

On one-to-many occasions he had found himself trapped inside a bathroom in the home, unable to unlock the door! The old lock was removed and a brand-new thumb turn lock installed. Our technician proceeded to do a full service on the bathroom door, to ensure for optimal working condition.

He chose to have an anti-snap thumb turn lock installed to the front door of his new home. The old lock was removed and the anti-snap thumb turn lock installed. A very happy homeowner was then supplied with his own set of new keys.

A customer unable to lock and secure a door that allowed entry into their home requested our assistance with the faulty lock. Once inspection of the lock and door were complete, our technician found that the gearbox of the multipoint lock had failed. Our technicians carry a large range of spare parts on hand and was able to replace the faulty gearbox, in the single call out. The customer was now able to lock the door and ensure their home is secure.

The customer requested our technician’s assistance with their recently purchased Smart Lock, as the manufacturers of this particular lock recommend our technicians help with the installation. The Smart Lock was fitted and then synchronized to the customer’s phone, allowing the customer access to the lock through the app.

Entry gained and replacement lock fitted to gas meter room door. A commercial customer unable to enter their gas meter room requested our assistance. Our technician was on site within the hour and able to gain non-destructive access into the room. We found the lock fitted had failed due to “wear and tear” and that a replacement lock would need to be installed. The new lock was then fitted to the meter room door and a new set of keys supplied to a very, relieved customer.

A call was received from a developer of a new build in need of a new lock installation. Our technician was able to assist the customer and on site shortly. Lock options were discussed and the customer chose to have the police approved, 3-star Ultion lock fitted. The higher security lock was then installed to the garage door of the new build and the customer supplied with new keys.

A landlord requested our technician come out to a property they owned and change a lock. New tenants were expected and he wanted to ensure the home was secure. A new rim cylinder was fitted to the existing Night Latch (Yale Lock) and new keys supplied to the Landlord.

A commercial customer in need of assistance with a fire door contacted our technician. The current panic release bar was no longer operating smoothly, and they requested an immediate replacement. Our technician left at once to assist as this was a safety concern! A new, panic release paddle handle was installed to the fire door. The customer was appreciative of the prompt response of our technician to their urgent call out request.

This prevented her carer from gaining entry into the home. A Euro mortice lock and an Anti-Snap Thumb Turn lock was fitted, allowing the customer to secure the door and her carer would still be able to gain access into the home.

Digital lock installed to dispensary door of a doctor’s surgery. A staff member contacted our technician and requested a Digital lock replacement. The new Digital lock was then fitted to the dispensary door, allowing the customer to minimize unwanted access into the dispensary.

Our technician received a call from a Landlord in need of assistance with a problematic window. Once on site, we discovered that one of the Landlords tenants was unable to lock a window in their home. Our technician found that the handle was the cause of the problem.
